Our “In-House” technicians service what we sell. Expert training and a large stock of replacement parts ensures quality repairs in a reasonable time frame. You may call and speak to a technician at any time. Having them at your disposal means answers with substance, and swifter solutions. In fact many issues can be solved immediately over the telephone.

1. Enclose the Items along with a note on your letterhead with your address and contact information and a brief description of the problem you are having in an appropriate box filled with soft packing material
2. Estimates will be created if product is out of warranty
3. You will be notified of repair costs
4. Repairs are made once you authorize the estimate



Items returned before 30 days will incur a 30% restocking fee. Items are to be returned postage prepaid to, Jan L Inc., 26 Mill Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. Items must be returned complete in their original box, and packing materials.

We will accept items for return after 30 days at our discretion.
